一、教学内容

二、教学目标

  能听懂、会说、会读和会写句型 What’s in the …? There is/ are…
  能听懂、会说和会读单词 open day, music room
三、教学的重点和难点
重点:
  1)能听懂、会说、会读、会拼写单词a classroom, a computer, a blackboard, a bookcase, a chair, a picture, an office, a playground
  2)能听懂、会说、会读和会写句型What’s in the …? There is/ are…能熟练运用进行交际。
难点:灵活运用句型进行交际。                     四、 教学方法:

五、 教具准备:多媒体课件、视频展示台

六、教学过程

Step. Free talk:

1.Greetings

T:Good morning/afternoon. How are you?

S: Fine, thank you. And you?

T: I’m fine ,too.

  T: Today is open day of our new school.

    Welcome back to our new school. I’ll introduce it for you.

 (出示课题:Unit8 Open Day)

Step2. Presentation and practice

A: 1 Teach: a classroom

 T: This is our new classroom .( 课件出示教室图片)

2Teach : a chair , a blackboard  (根据教室的场景,学习单词chairblackboard)

T: What can you see in the classroom?  Ss: I can see a blackboard and some chairs.

3.Introduce the sentence: There is a …in …/ There are some… in ….

 T: Boys and girls, look at the classroom, what can you see in the classroom,?

 Ss: I can see a blackboard and some chairs.

 T: Yes, so you can say : There is a blackboard in the classroom.

                    There are some chairs in the classroom.

 Teach the sentence: There is a …./ There are some ….

4. Have a competition: Make sentences as many as possible. (出示超市场景,让学生有There is/there are 比赛造句)

5. Teach the sentence: What’s in the classroom?

  T: What’s in the classroom?               

Ss: There’s a blackboard. There are some chairs. (帮助学生回答)

   6Play a game: What’s in the classroom? (一张黑板的图片在气球中快速上升,学生用There is/ There are 来抢答)

B: 1. Teach:  an office

  T: This is our headmaster’s office. (课件出示办公室图片)

   2: Teach : a picture, a computer , a bookcase . ( 根据办公室的场景,学习单词picture, computerbookcase.4

   T: What’s in the office? Ss: There are three pictures. There is a computer. There is a bookcase.

   3. Play a game: Drag the pictures (布置办公室)

C: 1. Teach: music room

  T: This is our music room.(课件出示音乐室图片)

  2: Talk to Ss: What’s in the music room?

  3.Guess: What’s in this music room?

D: 1. Teach: playground

   T: This is our playground. (课件出示操场图片)

2. Talk to Ss: What’s in the playground.

Step:3. Consolidation

1.     Review the words together.

2.     Play a missing game.

3.     Make a dialogue (提供四个场景)

1)        Set an example

2)        Practice in pairs.

3)        Act out.

4. Do some exercise: There is/are 填空。

Step4 Homework

1 Copy the words on the blackboard four times for each one.

2 Make short dialogues with the sentences.
